Adjusters - Young Adjustment is now accepting applications for the position of Public Adjuster for several regions including Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Prior adjusting experience as either a company adjuster or public adjuster is mandatory. The ideal candidate must be experienced in word and excel programs and be knowledgeable in property insurance policies, building estimates and their interpretation. All adjusters will be required to sit for mandatory licensing exams. Occasional travel is required.

Builder / Estimator - Young Adjustment is looking to expand their team of builders and estimators to handle both national and international client losses. The main focus of this position is the documentation and assessment of damages to commercial, industrial and residential structures. The ideal candidate will have an extensive knowledge of the building industry and be experienced in providing estimates through computerized programs such as Simsol, Xactimate or similar programming formats. Occasional travel is required

Solicitor - Young Adjustment Company is currently looking to expand their sales force in the Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey and Pennsylvania areas. The ideal candidate will possess cold calling experience, excellent sales skills, and a knowledge or the ability to learn property insurance policies and their interpretation. It is imperative for this position that the candidate be a highly motivated self-starter who can work independently on the street with the support and backing of corporate headquarters and our staff. Compensation for this position is comprised of a salary plus commission along with a generous bonus program tied strictly to performance and designed for the driven sales person. All solicitors will be required to sit for mandatory licensing exams. Occasional travel outside local territory is required

Contents-Inventory Specialists - Young Adjustment Company has a position available for a contents-inventory control specialist, preferably with experience (but not required) from either on the company side or from a public adjusting firm. The selected candidate must be familiar with both Word and Excel programs. Occasional travel is required

Accountant - Young Adjustment is currently seeking to expand their accounting department and is in search of an individual with a BA / BS in accounting along with strong Excel and Word skills. The knowledge and ability to interpret insurance policies as they pertain to Business Interruption claims will be extremely helpful. A minimum of three years of accounting experience is required. This position will be based at our Corporate Headquarters in Blue Bell, PA. Occasional travel is required
