Gentlemen:

I am pleased to enclose our check in payment of your services in the adjustment of the fire loss which occurred at the Plaza Hotel at Pottsville.

We are very well pleased with the manner in which you adjusted this loss for us, particularly because of the fact that it has always been our policy to adjust our losses ourselves and we were slightly skeptical about engaging an Adjustment Company. I am glad to say that the results which you obtained proved that we were correct in changing our policy.
