Michael Canfield brings a diverse and accomplished background to his role as a Building Appraiser at the Young Adjustment Company.
Prior to entering the insurance industry, Michael dedicated over fifteen years to law enforcement, where he developed a strong foundation in investigation, risk assessment, and public service.
He is also a proud military veteran, having deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
In addition to his public service, Michael has several years of experience in real estate and property management, giving him a well-rounded perspective on property valuation and client needs.
Before joining Young, he worked as a claims adjuster for a national insurance carrier, further honing his expertise in claims handling and property loss evaluation.
Michael’s unique blend of military discipline, investigative skill, and real estate knowledge makes him a valuable asset to the Sill team and the clients he serves.
