As a Building Appraiser for Young Adjustment Company, I get to nerd out about the inner workings of structures, especially the old, quirky ones.
Before Young, I spent 15 years as a Master Electrician and General Contractor, with a particular love for historical buildings (the older, the better).
I’ve crawled through countless attics and basements, traversed roofs, and ripped so many buildings back to their studs, figuring out what needs fixing and restoring. I've studied historical masonry and collected a lot of odd knowledge about the variations of building stock in and around the Greater Philadelphia and the Mid-Atlantic region.
Now I use that experience to help people navigate property claims, translating construction chaos into clear, fair estimates.
