Rick started with Young Adjustment Company in 1986. He began his earlier career in small business management within the manufacturing and production sector—experience that laid the foundation for his strong interest in commercial and industrial property claims.
Rick joined Young as an adjuster trainee, and his early aptitude for detail and client service led to a fast-tracked advancement into claims handling. He also has experience in additional responsibilities in sales, inventory, and claim production and is now Manager of the Contents Appraisal Department.
Rick’s expertise spans a broad range of property claims, including involvement in numerous large-scale commercial losses. Over the years, his practice has expanded to include high-value residential and personal property claims, with a particular focus on high-net-worth clients.
Known for his thorough, methodical approach, Rick is committed to delivering accurate assessments and equitable claim outcomes—always representing the insured’s interests with professionalism and integrity.
