With over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, Vincent brings a diverse background to his role as Building Appraiser at Young Adjustment. His career spans residential, commercial, and institutional projects—from full-scale home remodels to hospital suite reconstructions.
Following a successful period in general contracting, he founded an architectural metal design/build firm, partnering with developers, designers, artists, and restaurateurs across the country. He later transitioned into facilities management, overseeing complex building systems for commercial kitchens, entertainment venues, aquatic centers, and wellness facilities in the hospitality and institutional sectors.
Vincent’s diverse background equips him to handle the complexities of property loss with accuracy and insight, guiding clients through the adjustment process with clarity and confidence.
